Our goal is to ship your complete order as quickly as possible.  Please be mindful of peak shopping seasons and sale events that could also impact processing times.  We will keep you updated as to the status of your order throughout the entire fulfillment process.

If you need to receive your purchase by a specific date for a special occasion or an event, please contact us to ensure you choose the correct shipping method and to check for products that may be immediately available.

Please note that the below transit times are in addition to the required production time that may be needed to produce your item(s).

Our shipping terms are:  FOB – Origin.

Once your shipment is tendered to the carrier we are no longer in control and questions regarding delays, tracking, delivery, or lost packages should be directed to the carrier.  All claims for damage or losses must be filed by the purchaser/recipient with the carrier.
